In the second hour we hear from Carrie Severino, chief counsel and policy director at Judicial Crisis Network. She tells us more about the Supreme Court decision in Zubik v. Burwell which is a case that was brought before the United States Supreme Court on whether religious institutions other than churches should be exempt from the contraceptive mandate, a regulation adopted by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that requires non-church employers to cover certain contraceptives for their female employees.<\/p>\n

In the final half hour of the show Father Frank Pavone from Priests for Life will join us briefly to weigh in on the SCOTUS action on Zubik vs Burwell.<\/p>\n
